Cooking Instructions

In a saucepan, melt butter and cook onion, garlic and mushrooms. Add wine and reduce by half. Add cream and reduce until as thick as desired. Serve hot over a green salad, garnish with lemon zest.

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 L (4 cups) sliced, mixed mushrooms
  • 250 mL (1 cup) dry white wine
